Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager specializing in Java technologies.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple Java-based projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and oversee Java-based projects from conception to completion.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications effectively.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

- Identify risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies as needed.

- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 13 years of experience in project management within Java development environments.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
