- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing channels, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data analytics, market research, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
E-Commerce & Marketplace Strategies:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility, performance, and sales on online marketplaces.
Product Marketing:
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft effective product marketing strategies.
- Ensure the successful launch of new products and features.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically for optimal results.
Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of competitors' marketing efforts and market trends to identify opportunities.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
- Track and report results to the executive team regularly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to foster alignment and collaboration.
Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in progressively responsible marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing marketing teams while fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Proficiency in online marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience with data analytics and market research for informed decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Basic Photoshop skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
