SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PCI Head. This position requires an individual with a strong track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to supporting both team and organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated excellence in managing metrics to achieve productivity and quality targets, reduce cost and deliver excellent services.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

• Maintain constant communication with Team Leads and staff to ensure proper operations of the Group.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
• Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage metrics to achieve productivity and quality targets, reduce costs and deliver excellent services.
• Work closely with client’s SPOCs
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient process management.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate IT management and ensure seamless integration of technology.
• Foster a culture of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
• Strong skills in budget development and oversight
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of group operations.
• Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.
