Tele Caller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team *immediately*. The ideal candidate should be residing in or around Laxmi Nagar or around Dwarka, Delhi. Prior experience in outbound calling & inbound calling, especially in the credit card or insurance industry, is preferred. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales.

Job Location: Dwarka Sector 13 and Karkardooma

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services. OR Inbound Calling: Make sure the inbound calls are answered and the queries are handled.
2. Customer Interaction: Build rapport with customers and handle inquiries effectively.
3. Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in our CRM system.
4. Adherence to Scripts: Follow predefined scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in the credit card or insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Residency in or around Laxmi Nagar or Dwarka, Delhi
