Role & responsibilities

• Expert to drive independently and to do hands on execution of SAP role design maintenance and support.
• Must know how to create script and execute for mass role creation , user password reset , mass user to role mapping .
• He should have worked on following modules from SAP security stands point.
• FICO, MM , SD, PP, QM ,PM,PS, SAP BTP, BPC, SAP BW, SAP BI, SAC, SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori, S/4 HANA Cloud, SAP Success Factors, HANA DB, SAP Concur.
• Design and support SAP Fiori roles by creating catalogs, groups, spaces, pages and assigned to the users as per client requirement.
• Troubleshooted security/authorization related problems using SU53, ST01, SUIM, RSECADMIN (for BI)
• Design and support authorization roles using PFCG, SU22, SU24, SU25 and maintained authorizations as per SU53 and STAUTHTRACE checks and maintained User buffer using SU56 and extracted roles and profiles data using SUIM
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather IT Audit requirements maintaining governance, risk & compliance.
• Maintained Analysis Authorizations and restricted Info cubes and Queries through S_RS_COMP and S_RS_COMP1. Info Object level restriction implemented through RSECADMIN.
• Performed risk analysis and risk assessments using SAP GRC Access control ARM / BRM/ EAM / ARA modules to identify risks in the systems ensuring optimized efficiency using Risk Management and audit management process ensuring software development Lifecycle and maintained authorization objects using tables USOBT_C and USOBX_C of sap implementations for security solutions design.
• Should know how to assigning roles to positions using PO13 by updating HR master data using PA30 and creating and adding structural authorizations users and performed Monthly SAP Licensing Audit
• Should have hands on experience in SAP GRC access control implementation and support at large client where user base is 20000+ and role structure is 70000+.
• At least 3 end to end SAP GRC Access Control implementation.
• Should have experience in culture of large GCCs where userbase is more than 10000+ and roles considered are more than 50000+.
• Collaborated in a team of eleven to create and assign firefighter ids using EAM (Emergency Access Management), ARM user provisioning and created custom rule sets and defined role owners and approvers using BRM
• Should know MSMP configurations and BRF+ workflows rules and performed User access reviews for those workflows and parameters.
