ForgeRock Senior Engineers and Architect

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Implementation:
   
• Design, configure, and implement ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM), Access Management (AM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG) solutions.
• Provide end-to-end support for ForgeRock deployments, including integration with various enterprise applications.
2. Development and Customization:
   
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and APIs to enhance the ForgeRock IAM platform.
• Customize authentication, authorization policies, and single sign-on (SSO) processes as per business needs.
3. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
   
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to ForgeRock components and integration points.
• Provide troubleshooting support and perform root cause analysis for IAM-related incidents.
4. Collaboration and Documentation:
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, application, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless IAM operations.
• Develop technical documentation, including design, installation guides, and best practices.
5. Security and Compliance:
   
• Ensure IAM solutions comply with enterprise security policies and industry standards.
• Implement access control and identity lifecycle management processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with at least 3+ years of hands-on ForgeRock experience.
• Technical Proficiency:
• In-depth knowledge of ForgeRock components: AM (Access Management), IDM (Identity Management), DS (Directory Services), and IG (Identity Gateway).
• Experience in SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript) and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with integrating ForgeRock with enterprise systems and directories (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Tools: Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Preferred Qualifications:

• ForgeRock certifications (e.g., ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Specialist).
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud IAM deployments.
