Job Description
- Prepared purchase orders (PO) for all monthly recurring expenses.
- Responsible for day-to-day Housekeeping operations and facility upkeep.
- Ensure the availability of household, stationery, and pantry consumables and implement a tracking mechanism for them.
- Manage and optimize a workforce comprising Housekeeping Attendants, Pantry Boy, and office assistants.
- Ensure proper arrangements and support during HR and marketing team events.
- Maintain adequate first aid medicines and upkeep of the Medical Room.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Cafeteria and Pantry.
- Arrange visitor, guest, and customer visits.
- Maintain and update site documentation and records.
- Visitor, Guests, and Customer visit arrangements.
