Location: Noida


Reporting To: General Manager Operations


Preferred Candidate: Female candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, preferably from a strong academic background.


Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated NPS Executive to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement post-installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.


This role is ideal for an MBA fresher (female candidate) with excellent verbal and written communication skills who is eager to develop a career in customer experience and business development. A background in Mathematics will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Feedback & Relationship Management

  • Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to gather feedback on product performance and service quality.
  • Identify pain points, challenges, and improvement areas based on customer interactions.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain an organized database of end customers for future engagement.
  • Work closely with the customer support and technical teams to address concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and end users to improve brand loyalty.

2. Data Management & CRM Utilization

  • Accurately update and maintain customer data in the company's CRM (ERP) system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers based on their feedback and service requests.
  • Track customer interactions, engagement patterns, and escalations to ensure a proactive approach to service improvement.
  • Generate customer satisfaction reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct regular surveys and analyze industry trends to understand customer needs.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies in the access control and identification solutions domain.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommend service enhancements based on research findings.
  • Assist in benchmarking company services against industry standards to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on customer feedback, NPS scores, and service performance.
  • Document customer concerns, resolutions, and follow-up actions for internal tracking and process improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions for performance evaluation and strategic planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • A strong academic background with a preference for candidates having a Mathematics background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
