BellaVita is a fast-growing brand that focuses on delivering high-quality products through digital-first strategies. We are looking for a Senior Manager - Performance Marketing to drive our performance marketing efforts across various marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Performance Marketing Management:
  Lead and manage performance marketing strategies across marketplaces (Amazon being mandatory) to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
  
• Amazon Advertising:
  Oversee all aspects of Amazon Ads, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP, to optimize campaigns and deliver strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and ACoS targets.
  
• Data-Driven Campaign Optimization:
  Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, and conversion rates. Use data insights to refine bidding strategies, targeting, and keyword optimization.
  
• Cross-Platform Advertising:
  Manage performance marketing initiatives across other e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, etc., while integrating these efforts with the Amazon strategy.
  
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align performance marketing goals with business objectives. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure creatives are optimized for performance.
  
• Market Research & Strategy:
  Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in performance marketing, especially within marketplaces. Leverage competitive analysis to implement best practices and innovative strategies.
  
• Reporting & Insights:
  Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, growth opportunities, and key learnings to senior leadership.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

• Educational Qualification:
  Bachelor's or Masters degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges. (IIT, IIM, NIT, BITS Pilani, or equivalent institutions).
  
• Work Experience:
  4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads is mandatory).
  
• Key Skills:
  
• Expertise in Amazon Ads, PPC, Sponsored Products, Amazon DSP, ACoS, ROAS.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and data analysis to drive growth and optimization.
• Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.
• Agency Experience:
  Candidates with agency experience who have managed high-budget performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce clients are welcome.
  
• Additional Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
