Job descriptionVoice Support for a FIN-TECH Company:Manage a large number of Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner

• Follow Call Center Scripts when handling different calls/issues
• Identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide relevant solutions to the customers
• Maintain regular follow-up with Customer till closure of Overdue Accounts

• Minimum CTC/Compensation: Rs.17000/- (ESI & PF Inclusive)
• Additional Monthly Performance Bonus from 2nd Month onwards

• Freshers or Callers (upto 1 Yr Exp) shall be supported with a Banking Certification [IIBF DRA] support on Outstanding Performance;

Requirements:

• Callers with 1+ Year experience in Calling or Voice process can apply
• DRA Certified Candidates will have added advantages
• Candidates fluent in Tamil and English OR
• Candidates fluent in Kannada, Telugu and Hindi can also apply
• Articulate & Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
• Fair Knowledge of Banking Products
• Customer Focus and Adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
• Any Graduation Degree
