Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Manage and maintain the companys website, ensuring brand consistency and SEO optimization.
• Create engaging and effective content for online campaigns including website content, blogs, social media posts, and emails.
• Manage online brand presence across various social media platforms and increase engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or advertising.
• Strong knowledge of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Proficient in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Knowledge of website analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems (CMS).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
