Supervisor (Utility)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Hands on experience on Project execution in Utility DG, Gas engine, Air Compressor, Boiler, Cooling Towers, WTP/ETP/STP/ZLD plant, HVAC, Air washer & Ducting, Chillers, Lifts & Elevators, Smoke detection and Fire Alarm system,
• Monitoring , scheduling , formulating the parameters of projects.
• Shall be responsible for conceptualization, design, order and effective Project execution of electrical and electro-mechanical utilities for various infrastructure projects.
• Maintain all utility equipment (Mechanical) in good condition by on-time cleaning, maintenance, and periodic service in-house/from External agency.
• Attend all snag and breakdowns in Utility/Mechanical equipment.
• Execute Preventive maintenance activity on all Mechanical/Utility equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely resolution of technical issues related to utilities.
• Ensure efficient maintenance and repair of all utility systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Oversee daily operations of utility systems, including chillers, DG sets, and other mechanical equipment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of chiller operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; familiarity with DG set operation also necessary.
