Gynecologist

Responsibilities and Duties
To provide services at Pride IVF Clinic of evaluation, investigation, and treatment for infertile couples, and to provide the highest standard of patient care through effective and professional teamwork.
Perform USG follicle monitoring to track and assess follicular development.
To maintain accurate and clear medical records.
To manage the care of new and follow-up patients, from consultation through to completion of treatment, including: -First consultation- Follow up consultation - donor/surrogates /investigations - OCR - ET - post-procedure appointments/consultations / reconverting after failed IVF Cycles.
To provide an On-Call telephone advisory service to patients.
To supervise coordinators regarding donor surrogate recruitment/investigations/ post-procedure follow-up.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in reproductive medicine through continuous education and training.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in working in OPD and USG Follicle Monitoring.
DGO/DNB/MD/MS in Obstetrics and general gynecology
Proficiency in performing surgical procedures related to gynecology
Experience in managing labor and delivery
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Experience in managing high-risk pregnancies
Valid medical license and certification
Strong commitment to patient care and ethical medical practice.
Ability to discuss sensitive information with patients and families.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills i.e. Fluent in both English and Hindi
Empathy, compassion, and the ability to support patients through emotional challenges.
Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in infertility treatments is advantageous
Additional training or certification in reproductive medicine.
Work Environment:
It will be a 6-day working week from Monday to Saturday.
It will be work from the office and the candidate will be reporting to the Dwarka office.
It will be a day shift with 8 hrs working(10 AM - 6 PM).
