Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be involved in understanding complex business problems and implementing product features that are secure, scalable, robust and easy to implement and maintain.

• Will be required to develop features from scratch, which are on the roadmap, but not yet part of the platform
• Take full ownership of product features to implement, provide bug fixes and write tests and tooling for those features to ensure they work well at cloud scale.
• Analyze the customer requirements and develop a configurable solution to meet the product needs.
• Strong debugging skills using tools like Visual Studio Debugger and browser-based debuggers (Chrome Developer Tools).
• Take pride of ownership in features that are used by users of Top 100 Global enterprises.
• Expertise in implementing applications using the ASP.NET MVC framework.
• Deep understanding of MVC architecture (Model, View, Controller) and its practical use in separating concerns, knowledge of routing, bundling, and filtering concepts within MVC.
• Proficiency in C# programming with solid experience in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• 4-8 yrs exp in C#, ASP.NET , MVC 3.5/4.0/4.5, JavaScript, JQuery, Kendo expert with 8 yrs exp.
• Good knowledge of design patterns, ability to propose solutions for design and architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL, experience with SQL Server Azure SQL added advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure will be an added advantage
• Proficiency with jQuery for DOM manipulation, AJAX requests, and building interactive components.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET Core.
• Knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, and best practices in API versioning, security, and documentation (e.g., Swagger).
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT) will be an added advantage.
