Software Asset Management Analyst

We are looking for a SAM Analyst for our office in Hyderabad

• Understanding of asset management and IT Service Management best practices, Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow IT Asset Management experience
• Data analysis and reporting skills to support proposals, identify risk, opportunities for improvement and/or communicate progress on initiatives
• Ability to develop process/workflow diagrams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to review vendor contracts to extract key information around software licensing terms
