Job Role
* Initiate Outbound Calls: Contact prospective and existing customers from provided lists or databases.
* Product Introduction: Present company products or services, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
* Active Listening: Understand customer needs and preferences through attentive listening.
* Information Provision: Offer accurate details about products or services and address customer inquiries.
* Sales Persuasion: Encourage customers to purchase products, services, or schedule appointments, aligning with campaign goals.
