Academic Counsellor- Karmick Institute

Overview:

Karmick Institute (the first off-campus institute in Eastern India to collaborate with IIT Guwahati), is actively seeking a motivated Senior Academic Counselor to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for education and a knack for engaging with prospective students, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and working professionals to understand their educational needs and present our course offerings that align with their goals.
• Conduct cold calling and emailing to identify potential leads and convert them into warm prospects.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, professionals, and potential clients.
• Support students through the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track interactions, prioritize leads, and follow up promptly to create a compelling value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for entering new markets and achieving sales targets.
• Work alongside the marketing team to participate in promotional activities and events to attract potential students and boost enrollment numbers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-5years of experience in inside sales or education sales preferred.
• knowledge of Microsoft office is a plus.
• Knowledge in niche technologies for educational trainings will be a plus
• A proactive, sales-driven approach with the ability to convert leads into enrollments and generate revenue for the organization.
• The candidate should have very good communication skills.
