Technical Program Manager role at IBSFINtech is a focused and experienced professional responsible for supporting our enterprise customers globally for IBSFINtechs Treasury & Trade Finance product portfolio

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Clients, Product Managers, Architects, & Analysts to understand and review requirements & design.
• Drive technical leadership and guidance to both your team members and your project peers
• Deliver IT products by combining multiple aspects like designing, architecting across multiple products
• Drive customer experience, continually raising the bar on functionality, usability, and simplicity
• Champion development and operational excellence, establishing metrics and process for regular assessment and improvement
• Drive best practices, and is a pro with agile methodologies / practices - SCRUM, Breaking down complex requirements into simpler stories
• Establish a solid project framework and development processes
• Operate strategically and tactically. Work on strategy and help set direction while staying on top of the day-to-day software development
• Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules across ongoing projects, ensure that timelines are met in accordance with the project roadmap
• Direct and provide ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors, set objectives, review performances, define growth plan and nurture
• Researching, recommending, and introducing new technologies.
• Preparing Unit Test Cases and performing Unit Testing to confirm that the final product meets requirements and customer needs.
• Performing Regression Testing.
• IT product Implementation experience will be a big advantage

Experience: 10-15 years
Must have criteria : IT product development experience

Ideal Technical skills:

• Graduation Degree in B.E / B.Tech/ MCA
• Professional programming experience in developing complete stack Both

server and client side. .Net Core, HTML, Java Script, CSS, Web APIs, MVC and C#.

• Hands-on experience in PL/SQL, writing complex store procedure
• Understanding of various phases of SDLC
• Experience in performing unit testing and fixing bugs
• Experience in Telerik UI control
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience / Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will be added advantage

Good to Have Criteria : Experience in BFSI, Treasury, Trade Finance.
