Operations Executive (Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring)

Role & responsibilities

• Data Collection & Consolidation: Gather and consolidate operational data from various departments, including finance, project delivery, and accounts.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance, focusing on profit and loss, cost versus revenue on projects, and overall operational efficiency.
• Project Monitoring: Track project delivery timelines, assess deviations from planned schedules, and evaluate associated costs.
• Trend Identification: Evaluate data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
• Reporting to CEO: Present key findings, reports, and actionable insights to the CEO for strategic decision-making.
• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards to track critical business metrics.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements based on data analysis to enhance operational performance.
• Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection methods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in data collection, analysis, or an operational role.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Advance Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial statements, especially profit and loss reports.
• Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth data flow.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present insights to the CEO clearly and concisely

Preferred candidate profile

• Operational/Financial Analysis Experience: Experience in an operational or financial analysis role.
• ERP/BI Tools Knowledge: Knowledge of ERP or business intelligence tools.
• Project Management Exposure: Exposure to project management and delivery tracking.
