Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Alliance Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity ecosystem, including technology vendors, system integrators, and resellers. The Partner Alliance Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and enhancing the overall value proposition of IBN technologies Ltd

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Identification and Recruitment:
    • Identify and onboard strategic partners that complement IBN technologies Ltd's service offerings and target market.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of potential partners' capabilities, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
  2. Partner Enablement and Engagement:
    • Collaborate with partners to develop joint value propositions, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to educate partners on IBN technologies Ltd 's solutions and services.
    • Drive engagement initiatives to foster strong relationships and mutual success.
  3. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic partnership plans.
    • Define clear objectives, metrics, and KPIs to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
    • Continuously evaluate partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Revenue Generation and Business Development:
    • Drive revenue growth through partner-led sales activities, including joint selling, co-selling, and referrals.
    • Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
    • Track and report on partner-driven revenue metrics, pipeline development, and sales forecasts.
  5. Relationship Management and Advocacy:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and support needs.
    • Advocate for partners' interests internally, ensuring alignment with IBN technologies Ltd's strategic objectives.
    • Proactively address partner concerns and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in partner management, business development, or alliance management within the cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for building strong partnerships.
