CGI Advantage ERP Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced CGI Advantage ERP resources specializing in HRMS (Human Resources Management System) and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the CGI Advantage ERP platform, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting, with a focus on HRMS and Finance functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize the CGI Advantage ERP system for HRMS and Finance modules.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize ERP performance.
• Develop and execute test plans for the implementation of HRMS and Finance modules.
• Provide training and end-user support for system functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across HRMS and Finance modules.
• Work on system upgrades, patches, and integrations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CGI Advantage ERP, with a specialization in HRMS and Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and other HRMS functionalities.
• Expertise in financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with system integrations and data migration processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation and support is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and analytics within ERP systems.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Certifications in CGI Advantage ERP or related areas are an added advantage.
