Interpret, build upon & maintain overall quality control of 3D assets adhering to defined QA standards.
Communicate visual differences and technical issues that should be adjusted. Escalading issues to the rightful owner
Ability to make changes and adjust within 3DSMax.
Align and partner with Lead artist(s) about workflow, quality expectations, and discuss improvements to overall process.
Oversee and manage final assets in shared repository
Document QA activities & initiatives with internal reporting and audits
Demonstrate the Companys Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
Secondary Job Functions

Maintain reliable attendance.
Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup.
Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
Job Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Game Art or related field or equivalent work experience; required
Experience:
5 year experience working with 3DS Max modeling; required
Strong knowledge of three-dimensional design with attention to detail • Strong knowledge of 3D software including 3DS Max, V-ray, Unreal Engine, etc
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Document management system
Analytical and problem solving skills
Maintain confidentiality
Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet
