Position Details

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade Salesforce Banking Financial Services implementations. The ideal candidate will focus on ongoing system support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and enhancements, while also contributing to new feature development and integrations.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Primary Role: Support Maintenance of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), ensuring stability, security, and high availability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues, data inconsistencies, and user-reported problems.
• Perform regular system audits, performance tuning, and health checks to ensure system efficiency.
• Enhance, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Flows.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and best practices for ongoing development.
• Integrate Salesforce with nCino, core banking platforms, and financial applications using APIs MuleSoft.
• Monitor and optimize security settings, permissions, and user roles to align with compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, and end-users to gather requirements for ongoing enhancements.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and support teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.

• 6+ years of Salesforce development support experience, with at least 3+ years in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs) and middleware solutions like MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Git-based version control.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce system monitoring, debugging, and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of wealth management, banking, insurance, and FSC data models.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I II certifications (FSC Certification is a plus).
• Agile/Scrum development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in OmniStudio, nCino, and Agentforce.
• Experience with Einstein AI, Salesforce Shield, or Data Cloud for financial services.
• Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and security best practices.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance in the Salesforce ecosystem.
