We are in search of a Director of Engineering who possesses a deep passion for nurturing and guiding teams of highly skilled software engineers. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of charting the course for the team and its individual members, ensuring their success both professionally and personally. Collaboration with product managers to grasp the applications vision and contribute to backlog creation and prioritization will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.
