Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Experience of managing a team size of 5-6 people.
• Achieve monthly sales performance objectives through effective sales presentations to customers and thorough product knowledge (including knowledge of competitive products)
• Identify, Cover & Convert core customers to prescribing Company's Product
• Monitor the stock levels with the Chemists & stockiest.
• Maintain and consistently adhere to territory sales plans to maximize sales performance.
• Maintain consistent, routine communication with colleagues (phone, email, written) to consistently improve territory and sales performance .
• Maintain consistent adherence to high standards of professionalism and performance.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Excellent work ethic and customer focused orientation.
• Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus and determination.
• Preferably working with MNC in cosmetic dermatology.
• Competency in KOL Management.
• Willingness to travel for at least 10 days in a month.
