Role & responsibilities
- Manage travel and corporate card mailbox's which includes responding to inquiries regarding management tools, travel or corporate card issues
- Manage high-volume travel and corporate card issues, respond timely with a high degree of customer service, applying a sense of urgency, when required
- Interact with all levels of key personnel across the firm, in a customer service capacity, and/or to obtain information necessary to complete responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues within Concur and Amex
- Investigate unidentified charges on individual or corporate meeting cards
- Update T&M Canvas pages as needed
- Monitor credit card refund and meeting request forms
- Distributing customized emails monthly
- Communicate with employees on corporate card refund status
- Provide new meeting card information to card owner
Skills :
- Knowledge of business, financial and general administrative processes in a business setting, and theory of generally accepted accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion
- Excellent customer service skills
