A dynamic individual required to provide Customer Care Support to US-based clients and work in an office with a positive culture located in Prime location in Delhi & be a part of the international Client Service Team, its a blended process of Voice and Chat.

Salary proposed : Rs 3,00,000 to Rs 4,80,000 Per annum

Skills Needed :

Excellent Spoken and written english, No compromise on that.

Knowledge of computers, web surfing.

Work timings :

7.00 pm to 5.00 am

Nature of Job :

Responding to Calls, emails and Live chats of International clients, updating them with Tracking info , delivery status etc.

Providing Inbound and Outbound Sales / support to our US Clients on Phone.

Experience - 1 Year and above.
