• Counsel students through one-on-one or virtual sessions to understand their aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
• Guide students and parents on admission processes, eligibility, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads from inquiries, events, and campaigns, ensuring timely responses to calls, messages, and emails.
• Explain application procedures, fee structures, and timelines clearly.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to address and resolve student queries.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents, nurturing interest and aiding decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare regular reports on leads and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on programs, courses, and career opportunities.
• Address academic or personal concerns empathetically and provide additional support or referrals as needed.
• Ensure all counselling activities comply with ethical and organizational standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
• Having an experience in admission counselling or career counseling will be added advantage.
