Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join iAastha Team.

You will play a crucial role in driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring successful product launches.

Responsibilities :

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to prioritize features and define product requirements.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and specifications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine and improve product features.
• Monitor product metrics and user feedback to iterate and enhance product performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Product Manager in a startup environment
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
• Understanding the product offerings and managing new deliverables
• Communication, Management skills
• Experience in digitization, automation of the business processes
• Own the product roadmap.
• Execute product strategy.
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market.
• Plan and carry out product launches.
• Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
• Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.
• Good to have software programming background
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
