Reporting - Managing Director India
Role Summary :
- Responsible for managing business development and Key account Management teams.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Monitor the BD funnel and ensure the same is being maintained properly by the team.
- Prioritize the BD target prospects basis selection guidelines.
- Responsible for driving the business revenue on a short-term and long-term basis by identifying and onboarding potential clients and aiming to keep them as repeat customers.
- Planning and directing organization's business development policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analysing business opportunities.
- Conducting or directing the internal investigation of compliance issues.
- Ensure employees are well informed, educated, and trained on matters that are associated with regulations and industry practices.
- Ensuring internal and clients SOPs are followed to avoid crisis or compliance violation.
- Supporting clients with their external audit as needed.
- To ensure accurate and timely submission of compliance report on behalf of client.
- Responsible for ensuring timely submission of compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
- Ensuring that all compliance updates are timely communicated to clients.
- Management Review and reporting as per requirement
Candidate Requirement :
- Prior experience of 15-20 years in any service industry or similar industries will be preferred & environmental compliances.
- Well-developed organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills which enable to work effectively with all department members.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A master's degree in business management, Environmental Studies /Environment Engineering /Waste Management / Environment Compliances. Experience in customer service will be considered as add for the job.
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Professionally presentable for meeting, should be comfortable for travelling outstation.
