Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and execute the product roadmap for KYC, payments, and fund management modules.
Align product strategy with business goals and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
KYC Management:
Enhance digital KYC processes for seamless and efficient user onboarding.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for KYC and AML requirements.
Payments & Fund Management:
Design and optimize payment workflows, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
Collaborate with payment gateways, banks, and financial institutions for secure and reliable integrations.
Monitor and improve transaction success rates and user experience.
User Experience & Engagement:
Work closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Drive user engagement by identifying pain points and implementing data-driven solutions.
Data & Analytics:
Use analytics tools to monitor key product metrics and performance.
Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to launch and support new features.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure all product features comply with regulatory and security standards in the broking/Fintech space.
Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure products meet evolving compliance needs.
Qualifications:Educational Background:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
4-7 years of product management experience in the stock broking or Fintech industry.
Proven experience working on KYC, payments, and fund management modules.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and processes in the broking/Fintech domain.
Skills:
Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
