SEO & Social Media Executive

Job Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing our online content and web presence to improve our organic search rankings. This role will involve strategic planning for SEO & Social Media. Collaborating with other teams and continuous learning to drive more organic and social media traffic to enhance digital visibility.

Responsibilities:SEO:

• Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and site structure for SEO
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search engine rankings
• Develop and implement SEO strategies and campaigns
• Monitor and report on the performance of SEO campaigns using analytics tools
• Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm updates
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance
• Create and manage backlink strategies to increase domain authority
• Identify and troubleshoot SEO-related issues affecting website performance
• Keep track of competitor SEO strategies and recommend adjustments
• Implement and optimize local SEO strategies for business visibility
• Maintain a deep understanding of search engine guidelines and best practices

Social Media:

• Manage and maintain company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Create engaging and shareable content that aligns with the company's brand and target audience.
• Monitor social media trends and engage with followers and customers.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a strong track record of achieving improved search engine rankings
• Ability to conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization
• Familiarity with SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track and report on campaign performance
• Skill in optimizing web content for search engines, including meta tags, headings, and keyword usage
• Knowledge of website architecture, performance optimization, and structured data markup
• Experience in building and managing backlink strategies to enhance domain authority
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
• Understanding of local SEO strategies and citation management for business visibility
• Making strategy and growth plans on a monthly basis
• Essential to have good research skills to understand whats happening in the social media industry
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to report on SEO performance and provide recommendations
