Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Plan Engineer/Sr. Engineer for injection molding machines to manage production planning, machine optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to optimize machine utilization and productivity.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues, and minimize downtime.
- Monitor production quality and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical support, guide operators, and maintain production records.
Qualifications:
- Education: CIPET/PGDPPT or Engineering degree (Mechanical/Polymer or related).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in injection molding production.
- Skills: Knowledge of injection molding processes, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
Preferred:
- Candidates from Gujarat.
- Experience in high-volume production environments.
