Job Description
Project Executive CCTV and Live Web Casting
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and troubleshoots the many issues associated with developing, coordinating and planning security projects throughout.
- Plans the scope of work which includes budgeting, staffing, pricing and timeliness of completion.
- Selects, negotiates and manages third-party vendor technicians.
- Reviews and designs CCTV and/or alarm systems based on construction blueprints.
- Executes the scope of work which entails tracking and communicating progress.
- Controls the project by monitoring change orders and effectively communicating those changes to all interested parties.
- Completes thorough wrap-up of final deliverables and plans for future improvements.
- Handles multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and in an organized fashion.
