Professionals With Sales and Business Development Qualifications and Skills, (Experience in Marine sector is welcome or incumbent shall have skills to quickly adapt for sales of Marine products environment.
Required Skill Set
1.Bachelor / Master Degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
2.Previous experience as sales representative or sales manager, meeting or exceeding targets in a trading business and acting as a focal point between all departments enhancing team work and productive yield for meeting aspirational objectives.
3.Proven ability to drive sales process till deal closing.
4.Excellent leadership and management skills.
5.Ability to communicate internally / externally to achieve targets, create brand value & sustain company reputation.
6.Committed to constant learning through all means.
Responsibilities
1.Design and implement a strategic business plan exploring all aspects to expand companys customer base.
2.To assist JMD in measurable objectives, goal setting.
3.Research potential markets, industries, and clients like ship owners, ship managers, shipyards identifying end user or intermediary.
4.Generate leads/POs and achieve sales targets set in business plan by managing the sales team.
5.Call, email, meet, and demonstrate our aggregator model. Discuss price breakdown and contract terms.
6.Prepare sales, revenue, and expenses reports and forecasts and present to the management team.
7.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
8.Identify new markets to be aware of new products and emerging competition.
9.Understand ISO documents and work towards continual progress.
Desired profile of the candidate
Sales or Marine Person with Success Achieved in any Industry Sector with minimum experience of 2-3 years; Prefer if familiar with Marine Products Sales or to demonstrate good grasp to adapt to Marine Products Sales; to Display Sales and Business Development Skills backed with achievements and Sales Tools.
