Role & responsibilities

Drive admission conversions for ITS Dental College by making calls to students and parent and attending visits

Handling phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information.

Proactively responding to the inquiries from students, parents or any other personnel regarding application process, form filling, necessary documentation etc. Take visitors on a campus tour for better conversions

Maintaining accurate records both in files and CRM

Contacting students and parents for communicating messages of urgent attention. This might involve working on weekends on admission important days

To assist the APO as & when required and as instructed by Authorities.

Also act as Front Desk Receptionist as and when needed

Sharing necessary information to different teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Fluency in English Communication is a must.

Candidate should be open to learn details of BDS and MDS admissions in great detail and ensure 100% admissions.

Candidates with experience in admissions counselling and CRM will be preferable. Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

Good basic computer skills

You Might be asked to act as backup for satellite clinic or camp duty, where you have to guide student for treatment or do patients

Monday to Saturday. Weekends can be working during peak admissions season

9 AM to 6 PM
