Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in IDocs to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ABAP programming and a thorough understanding of IDoc processing and integration. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ABAP programs and IDocs to ensure seamless data transfer within our SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms, with a strong emphasis on IDoc processing.

- Design and implement IDoc structures and configurations for data exchange between SAP and external systems.

- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient solutions.

- Monitor and troubleshoot IDoc processing issues, ensuring data integrity and timely transmission.

- Optimize existing ABAP code for performance, particularly related to IDoc handling.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for ABAP developments and IDoc processes.

- Support system upgrades and migrations, ensuring IDoc compatibility and functionality.

- Stay current with SAP best practices and emerging technologies related to ABAP and IDocs.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on IDocs.

- Solid understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO) and their integration with IDocs.

- Experience with various IDoc types, including configuration and monitoring in WE02/WE05.

- Proficiency in ABAP Objects, ALV Reports, BAPIs, and SAP Script/SmartForms.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori is a plus.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to IDoc and data integration issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes and standards.

- Knowledge of other integration technologies (e.g., PI/PO, CPI) is an advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
