Job Description
- Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve the performance management system and KPIs to drive clarity on expectations, improve business impact measurement and inspire high performance
- Train and coach managers to drive high performance
- Manage and administer tools used for performance and OKR management
- What We Look For
- Deep expertise in performance management (3+ years), including all components of the annual performance management cycle and performance measurement (KPIs)
- Demonstrated thought leadership, staying abreast of performance management trends to advise business leaders strategically
- Exceptional communication skills to partner with global business leaders
- Proficiency in English (C1)
- Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office
- Attention to detail for accuracy in data, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Nice To Have
- Previous experience working with the OKR framework
- Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company
