Role Overview

As a Technical Architect, you will design, develop, and oversee the implementation of highly scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. You will play a critical role in the design and architecture of our applications, with a focus on Node.js, React, AWS Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Technology Leadership: Guide teams on technology adoption, best practices, and implementation strategies.
• Development: Hands-on coding and proof-of-concept development as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality code and adherence to architectural standards.
• Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies, proposing adoption when relevant to business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience with Node.js and React.js.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EC2, etc.).
• Leadership:
• Proven experience in architecting complex applications and guiding development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Development Tools: Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and team management skills.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
