Job Description

We are currently looking to add a Solution Architect (Backend Heavy - JAVA) with the following skills. 

Must Have

• Minimum 12+ years of experience relevant in IT (Information Technology) domains. 
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a Solution Architect or equivalent role with medium-scale or large-scale enterprise grade software systems. 
• Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the target architecture as well as compare and explore competing alternatives. Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish and document a high-level solution approach. 
• Define the systems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand the solution deployment, validate critical NFRs and communicate the requirements and solutions to the development team. 
• Strong working experience of applying architecture patterns and designing end-to-end solutions for Backend, Web and Mobile. 
• In-depth development experience in one or more programming languages/frameworks such as Java/JavaEE, Spring, NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Preferrable Java).
• knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, application servers, databases, load balancers and other infrastructure components required to deploy web applications in a highly available and scalable environment. 
• Working experience with Microservices, SOA based architecture addressing cross-cutting concerns, defining OpenAPI specifications and implementing RESTful APIs. 
• Working experience with services from public cloud providers AWS or Azure. 
• Strong understanding of database design using Relational and NoSQL databases. 
• Experience applying architecture patterns, design principles and best practices to provide software solutions to real-world problems. 
• Working experience with cloud-native approach and containerization. 
• Thorough understanding of well-architected framework and concepts from AWS/Azure. Working experience for implementing NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements) to build quality and robust systems. 
• skills to produce quality technical architecture documents. 
•  Working experience with Agile principles, creating backlog, understanding business needs/priorities, and contributing to implementation planning. 
• Skills to evaluate tools, frameworks, or libraries by performing required POC (Proof of Concept). 
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
