Section Head - MES (Manufacturing Execution system)

We are looking candidate for MES Section Head position for our Group company KIA India Pvt ltd located at Anantapur - AP location

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a Team to Development and maintenance of MES applications using C#, .net framework with SQL and oracle Data base.
• Responsible for Process Automation and Control of MES that support production and Quality control operations.
• Ensures process automation and control system solutions meet all safety, quality, and reliability operations of MES
• Collaborates with other departments like (Maintenance, production, Quality) to support automation integration into MES plant floor.
• Ensures Process Automation and MES system software and hardware at appropriate revision levels.
• Responsible for software change management and version control of production instance of process automation system.
• Maintains site-specific systems and solution documentation.
• Owns process control systems disaster recovery planning, ensuring that business continuity plans are in place.
• Facilitates productive working relationships with process control integrators and other key automation vendors.
• Monitors and reports system performance and health metrics.
• Ensure adherence to corporate manufacturing systems standards.
• Lead change management introduced by systems changes (People & Processes).

Technical Skills and Education Qualifications and other requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech (Computers /IT/ECE) or MCA or any relevant technical qualification.
• Currently in an IT Leadership/decision making role with automotive industry background, with 15+ years of overall experience.
• Should have experience in managing team, Vendors, IT service providers.
• PMP / ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
• Problem solving, negotiating, conflict management and decision-making skills
• Operate consistently with a sense of urgency and a 'can-do' attitude
• Excellent communication, presentation, and inter personal skills.
