Technical Project Manager

Managing projectscope and timeline.

Hands on experience on Microsoft Project Plan and other project management tools.

Excellent understanding of use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and workflow is must.

Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.

Must be able to facilitate internal and external communication effectively .

Working directly with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

Resolving conflicts and removing internal and external obstacles that occur.

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.

Help build a productive environment where team members ownthe product and enjoy working on.
