Responsibilities:
• Accurate Data Entry: Input and update data in databases and systems with precision.
• Verification and Corrections: Check data for errors, inconsistencies, and correct as
needed.
• Organized Record Keeping: Maintain well-organized files for easy data retrieval.
• Data Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and
reliability.
• Report Generation: Compile data into reports and summaries as required.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other teams to maintain data
consistency.
• Data Privacy Compliance: Follow data privacy and security policies diligently.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree / Graduate.
• 2-3 years of experience in data migration or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP,
PivotTables, index, match, Left right functions and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong understanding of database concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
