Position: Product Operations Manager - Founder office
Experience: 5-10 Years
Location: Bangalore (HSR/Koramangala)
Note: WFO (not initiated yet)
Role Overview: This person will be responsible for overseeing the product operations for the entire Loop product portfolio as well as driving key initiatives. This role will focus on rolling out processes, collaborating on major initiatives that go outside the group, and driving the telemetry and product intelligence dashboards.
The role will work cross-functionally across the teams of PM, Engineering, UX, CTO office, Marketing, Customers, Sales as well as the Executive Staff.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Product Operations: Oversee and manage the product operations for the entire Loop product portfolio.
- Design and implement efficient processes to streamline product operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
- Drive the development and maintenance of telemetry and product intelligence dashboards.
- Initiative Management: Drive key initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
- Identify and prioritize impactful initiatives to enhance the Loop product portfolio.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to achieve common goals.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX, CTO office, Marketing, Customers, Sales, and Executive Staff.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different teams.
- Leverage expertise and insights from various stakeholders to drive product innovation.
- Product Design: Apply expertise in product design to drive the development of enterprise SaaS products.
- Utilize 5+ years of experience in designing and shipping products as part of a cross-functional product team.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and market trends to inform product design decisions.
- Manage tools and technologies for roadmapping, prototyping, and product design.
- Strategy and Roadmap: Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap for the Loop product portfolio.
- Participate in strategic discussions and provide valuable insights based on industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align product vision with organizational goals.
- Drive the development and execution of the product roadmap, taking into account market demands and business priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in product operations.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in processes, tools, and collaboration.
- Iterate and optimize product operations based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience designing and shipping products as part of a cross-functional product team or product operations lead.
- Enterprise SaaS: Experience with enterprise SaaS products is desired.
- Product Design Tools: Proficient in managing tools for roadmapping, prototyping, and product design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven product decisions.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering impactful initiatives.
