Project Manager - Implementation - B2B SaaS Startup (10-15 yrs)

Role: Project Manager (Implementation)

Location: Chennai

- We are retained by a leading B2B SaaS start-up to hire a Project Manager (Implementation) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various SaaS projects, working closely with developers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

- You will be responsible for managing technical aspects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving success through clear communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SaaS project implementation, defining scope and deliverables and create plans, allocate resources, track progress, and implement solutions for project success.

- Offer technical guidance to teams, ensuring best practices and standards while collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and strategies for the Products.

- Act as main contact for project updates and risks and ensure cross-team communication and alignment with project goals.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and identify risks throughout the project and create mitigation plans accordingly.

- Lead initiatives to improve processes and tools and escalate critical issues with resolution recommendations to senior management.

- Conduct post-project reviews and apply lessons learned.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SaaS and project management.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Engineer with 10+ years SaaS project management experience and strong SaaS architecture expertise.

- Project management Certification(PMP/Prince2).

- Ability to develop detailed project plans, manage budgets and resources, and drive successful completion of projects.

- Skilled in project planning and execution with expertise in software development, cloud computing, integration and security concepts.

- Proficient in Agile and other project management methodologies.

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
