Windows Architect - Cloud Integration (9-15 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Windows-based solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and business needs.

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other related services.

- Cloud Integration : Design and manage hybrid environments that integrate Windows on-premise systems with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Security: Implement and maintain security best practices across the Windows environment, including identity and access management, patch management, and data protection.

- Virtualization: Manage virtualization technologies (e. g., Hyper-V, VMware) in Windows environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

- Automation: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline system administration tasks, leveraging PowerShell and other automation platforms.

- Performance Optimization: Analyse and troubleshoot system performance issues and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and scalability.

- Disaster Recovery and Backup: Design and implement disaster recovery, failover, and backup strategies for the Windows environment.

- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and
standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of experience with Windows Server architecture, administration, and troubleshooting.

- Hands on experience in C++, System programming, Windows32 Data structures is MUST HAVES

- Know how of windows drivers. (Kernel driver developer not required). Experience working on Windows kernel is MUST HAVE

- Sustenance + New feature development experience is required.

- Nice to Have: Cybersecurity, End point security experience.

- Technical design, architecture discussion & Coding experience is MUST HAVE.
