Sales Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Execute strategies to drive volume growth and maximize revenue in the assigned area.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Market Development

Identify and explore new market opportunities.
Increase market penetration by identifying and onboarding new retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide feedback for strategy adjustments.
Distributor/Channel Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and retailers.
Monitor and ensure proper stock availability and rotation at distributor points and retail outlets.
Resolve channel partner issues related to pricing, supply chain, and payments.
Promotions and Merchandising

Implement sales promotion activities, including product sampling, demos, and events.
Ensure effective merchandising and visibility of the companys products in retail outlets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out campaigns at the ground level.
Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions where necessary.
Use data insights to identify underperforming areas and recommend solutions.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
