Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Power App Development Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power App development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. This role requires a proactive leader who can guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power App solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Apps development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, business processes, and integration with other systems.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.
• Experience in remote team management and collaboration tools.

• Preferably based in Indore, India.
