Job Description
Incumbent will be responsible for tendering and cost estimation activities for HVAC / Central Airconditioning/ MEP projects.
- Enquiry generation, follow up and interaction with customers & suppliers.
- Maintaining active business relationships with customers, consultants, architects, etc.
- Tender preparation, cost estimation, bidding, etc.
- Analyzing the customer requirements, proposing suitable solutions and sending out the proposals.
- Techno-commercial negotiations with prospective customers, Follow ups and finalization of orders.
- Co-ordination with the Planning team post award of work.
- Preparing weekly update on Market information.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Reasonable amount of knowledge on HVAC
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Decent knowledge of MS word, Excel & Power point
- Analytical skills
- Hands on experience of handling MEP projects in coordination with the design consultants, PMCs.
Education: Diploma Engineering / B.E. (Mechanical) + MBA (optional)
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
