  • Job Overview. We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Qualifications And Skills. Proven track record in sales (Mandatory skill). Strong background in business development with experience identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Skilled in client relationship management, with a focus on building long-term partnerships. Exceptional negotiation skills to successfully close deals and contracts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and proposals. Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities. Roles And Responsibilities. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct sales presentations and pitch our coworking and enterprise office space solutions to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Generate leads through various channels, including social media, referrals, and networking events.
